![]() ![]() I spoke with Jessica, one of the alleged managers about everything and she could not have been more rude and unaccommodating. It got so bad, I had to call the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the FBI on one of the fraudsters that reached out to me from Yelp. Not only that but one of the few leads that had an actual human calling me turned out to be someone trying to commit check fraud with me. I did not close a SINGLE LEAD from the 25-plus leads Yelp gave me, not one! That is nearly impossible to do even if you are the worst salesperson on the planet. 25 leads later it became very clear to me that most of the leads that they sent me were not only junk but it seemed like robots AKA fake leads provided most likely by Yelp. ![]() I knew I needed to reply ASAP to have a good chance of closing each lead and averaged 10 minutes from when I received the lead which is above average and should have put me in a favorable position. Each garbage lead did not have a phone number or any contact information to reach the customer other than their internal messaging system. They set up my account, without asking or confirming with me any particular preferences for the setup, and then started sending me "leads". My sales rep, "Don't worry, you will close at least 80% of your leads provided by Yelp." Of course, I was skeptical when I heard that almost certain lie it seemed at the time but I figured I would hopefully close at least 20% which would make the investment likely profitable. They lie almost every time they open their mouths. Crestmont made me feel as if I shouldn't be driving a Cadillac.ĭO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS WITH YOUR "ADVERTISING" MONEY! Run, do not walk away from this piece of trash institution that should not be in business. I will NEVER purchase another Cadillac from Crestmont and would advise others not to either. I had to use the restroom it was horrible the bathroom had nets flying all around and it look as if it hadn't been clean, Mind u my appointment was at 8am. The service lady was mean and very disrespectful so instead of them use this master key they tore my trunk completely up!!!! I mean pull things out of bags just totally mess my trunk up. I never knew that there was a key for the wheels in the car.because Dave Towell use the master lock or key. I was told by the service guy at Crestmont that they could use some sort of master key lock for my wheels. And the service department is HORRIBLE!!!! It's like they hate there job.the trunk of my car is messy but. I brought a Cadillac brand new at Crestmont Cadillac and received the worst service ever!!!! I normally have my car service in Akron at Dave Towell but I brought the car from Crestmont I was lied to about car mats by the sales guy Scott V.
